  • How do I ship my artwork?
    If your artwork has been sold, the standard process for shipment to the client is as follows: Check the condition of your Artwork Print the Artwork’s Certificate of Authenticity Pack your Artwork Organise Shipping to the Customer Send Tracking Details 1. Condition Check Before shipping your artwork, you will need to send at least 5 high-resolution images of your artwork to The Artling team for our condition check.   • How do you handle duties and taxes?
    For orders within Singapore, there is a 7% GST chargeable. For customers ordering from outside Singapore, any relevant duties and taxes will be charged upon delivery of the items.Few readers
  • Do I need to be home when the work is delivered?
    Yes. Someone needs to be at your place of residence to accept and sign for your package. We require direct signature on our packages due the valuable nature of the items we are shipping.Few readers
  • Does The Artling insure all shipments?
    The Artling ships via DHL or professional art handlers, which includes art insurance. In the case of loss or damage please contact admin@theartling.com and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please note: more expensive works have higher insurance fees, which accounts for higher shipping costs of expensive works.Few readers
  • Does The Artling ship internationally?
    Yes, The Artling ships to most international countries. If you do not see your country listed in our dropdown menu on the checkout page, please contact contact@theartling.com and we can discuss shipping options.Few readers
  • What is the return policy for items?
    We accept returns for artworks damaged during shipping. Returns for other reasons are determined on a case-by-case basis. Send us an e-mail at contact@theartling.com and we will review your request and get back to you within 2 working days. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take a digital photo of the item and of the shipping packaging it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to contact@theartling.com.   • When will my work be delivered?
    All artworks ships within 14-21 business days unless otherwise noted on the artwork page. When your work has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number so that you can track the status of your shipment. Once you have been notified that your work has shipped, you can use the tracking number provided to track the estimated delivery date. If you do not receive your shipping confirmation email within 14-21 days following the date of your order, please contact contactFew readers
  • How do you determine shipping costs?
    Shipping costs for most items are calculated automatically when you place an order online. The cost is determined by the volume of the item you are purchasing, as well as the delivery location. Smaller works cost less to ship, and larger works (especially those that require unique crating or packaging materials) will cost more to ship.
